Any suggestion on good sites to use to practice coding? I found some java sites but they contain a lot of lessons that increase in difficulty. This made me think. Would there be a market for a site that allowed the community to submit either code snippets or program requests that the community could work on? Obviously it could be abused by homework requests or business requests but there would be attempts at controlling this abuse. There could be a community leader board for points for completion and/or rating of quality of work. The thought would be that the site would be a place that programmers of all ilk could go to regularly to work on a coding problem that would not be overly complex and time consuming in order to practice.

i'm too lazy to change the size on Rich's post, but not too lazy to ask you all to write some posts (that please fit the current site widths without breaking the design) to move it down, ;). so do that, please.
